WA Student Assistance Payment

The WA Student Assistance Payment helps parents and carers with the cost-of-living pressures associated with sending their children to school.

The second round of the payment is now open, with claim submissions available through the ServiceWA app.

All Western Australian school students in Kindergarten to Year 12, with a valid WA student number (WASN), are eligible for this cost-of-living payment.

You can claim $250 for each secondary student and $150 for students attending primary school or Kindergarten.

To claim the payments, parents and carers are encouraged to set up a ServiceWA account. More information is available at wa.gov.au/servicewaapp

All claims must be received by Friday 4 July 2025.

UNIFORM SHOP OPENING TIMES

Uniform Shop is open on Monday and Thursday during term time between 1pm and 4.30pm

 

No appointments are necessary for these openings

 

Please note the online store is available 24/7 with all orders available for collection from the College shop as per the above dates or alternatively from Student services on day one of term.

The 2025 Annual Statement

The 2025 Annual Statement was issued to all families by email on the 7 February, 2025. 

Payment of the account is due on the 28 February, 2025.  

Payment plans are available and can be arranged in Parent Lounge or by contacting the College Finance Officer.

Under the Australian Education Regulations 2023, the school is required to provide the department with the following information about each student at the school.

St Joseph’s Priory Church, Queens Park 

Weekend Mass times:

Saturdays - 6:30pm                         

Sundays - 8:30am, 10:00am

Swim lessons – Cannington Leisureplex 

Swimming is an essential life skill, and for students who may require extra assistance, enrolling in structured swimming lessons can be highly beneficial. Cannington Leisureplex offers a range of Swimming Lessons and VacSwim programs designed to support children at various skill levels.

Parents who feel their child would benefit from additional guidance in the water are encouraged to explore these programs. For more information and to enrol, visit: Cannington Leisureplex Swimming Lessons.
