Japanese

On Monday 12 May our Year 7 students experienced a typical Japanese breakfast as part of their language and cultural studies. On the menu were Japanese short-grain rice, warm miso soup, fluffy atsuyakitamago (omelette), crispy nori (seaweed), and the adventurous natto (fermented soybeans). Many students enjoyed the unique textures and flavours—many went back for seconds!
