Beginning of Term 3:

It’s been an exhilarating term for our maths whizzes here at South Oakleigh College! From starting new topics like Calculus, Quadratics and Trigonometry across the year levels, we’ve also had the opportunity for our high performing students to take part in ICAS competitions to showcase their abilities on an international level. 

We’re incredibly proud of all our participants in this event and we look forward to seeing the results of their efforts. Additionally, we are beginning the search for members to take part in the upcoming Australian Maths Olympiad across years 7-10, which serves as the chance to demonstrate their prowess in the highest-level maths competition for their age in Australia.
