Term Four Accounts 

Please note that your Term Four school accounts will be issued earlier than usual. You will receive them via email in the week beginning 7 September.  The due date for school fees remains the same - first day of Term Four, 5 October 2026. 

As the accounts are being prepared earlier than usual, some Term Three charges may not be available for inclusion when they are issued. Where applicable, these items will be carried over and included in a later account. 

This may include charges such as:

•    Before and After School Care

•    Music lessons

•    Casual bus travel

•    Casual boarding

•    Other incidental charges incurred late in the term

The early issuance of school accounts is due to Nichole Atchison, Finance Assistant, being on leave from 14 September to 6 October.  Over this period, if you need to speak to the Finance Department, please contact Bella Wilson or Jason Bourke.
