Student of the Month

As part of our acknowledgement of students who are representing our College Values, we will be presenting Student of the Month awards to students we believe have best represented the values during each month.

7A- Israrullah Hussainkhil

"Israrullah is very respectful to his teachers and peers. He is always polite and well-mannered to others in the learning environment, acknowledging the differences and individuality of students around him."

7B- Naina Fathima Anes

"Naina has represented our college values really well both in the classroom and outside of the classroom. She is always extra diligent about the quality of her work and shows great enthusiasm about extra curricular opportunities such as joining the WynSpeak team. She is always so respectful and eager to improve and have a go."

7C- Japneet Kaur

"Japneet had had a great start to the year, excellent engagement in class. In Chinese, Japneet listens attentively, actively participates in class, and puts great effort into taking notes."

7D- Inayat Patara

"Inayat is a hardworking student who is respectful towards everyone in class. She is always willing to assist others when required. She is active in class discussions and problem solving.

7E- Amelia Kamilo

"Amelia always has a positive attitude in Health and PE. She constantly pushes herself to do her best.

7F- Madden Elms

"Madden does well to include all in PA and works with her class in a respectful and understanding manner.  Madden also listens attentively in class and contributes to class discussions. She is also respectful to both her peers and staff."

7G- Tanya Karwal

"Tanya is always extremely respectful and attentive during class. Throughout our creative writing unit she has shown consistent effort in developing her story, offering to help others, sharing her ideas in a respectful and supportive manner. She consistently embodies the college values of aspiration and achievement." 

 

7H- Samreet Randhawa

"Samreet is an active and all rounder student in the class. She always participates actively and follows all  the instructions.  She does her work neatly and always brings al study material to class.

 

Samreet sets the tone in DT and leads by example with her outstanding work and contributions to discussions."

7I- Elijah Buhagiar

"Elijah always has a positive attitude towards learning. No matter that the task is he will always try his best, ask questions when he needs help and stive to improve.

 

Elijah has settled in positively as a year 7 and is showing lots of positive traits this Month."

7J- Sukhmani Kaur Gill

"Sukhmani consistently works well in her classes. Supporting her friends to complete their best work. She follows all of the school values to a high standard."

7K- Preyasi Baweja

"Preyasi is quiet and hardworking in class. She's willing to do any task asked of her. She works well within a group and displays  leadership skills  when doing practical work in class. Always willing to help others."

8A- Aviraj Sandhu

"Aviraj sets high expectations for herself and is proactive when it comes to her learning. She aims high in her academic studies, actively asking questions on how to improve her work."

8B- Ismat Mussa

"Ismat is always proactive in her learning - asking questions and eager to improve her work. She sets high goals for herself and helps her peers around her in the classroom.

8C- Yash Brar

"Yash is a highly respected and dependable member of 8C. He is always willing to support his classmates while also challenging himself to reach his full potential. Yash’s reliability and dedication make him a valued and trusted member of the class."

8D- Jed Dela Pena

"Jed consistently demonstrates the college values of achievement and aspiration, completing all tasks on time and making productive use of class time. He actively engages with feedback, refining his work to achieve a high standard. Additionally, he is always willing to assist his peers after completing his own work, contributing positively to the classroom environment."

8E- Harsahib Singh

"Harsahib is respectful, hard working, actively helping his peers, and always to seek further challenges. Harsahib is an active and respectful member of our class. He always strives to get his work done to a high standard."

8F- Jorawar Randhawa

"Jorawar thoughtfully shares his thoughts and opinions in classes. He displays the school values by being respectful to teachers and all classmates. He has worked hard to develop positive relationships with his peers during English. Jorawar has made an excellent start in his role has house captain. He is a great role model who is always showing the school values."

8G- Mia Gray

"Mia has been really good in both health and PE. She always tries her best even when she feels slightly nervous, she is still positive and tries.

 

Mia has been an excellent leader and is always demonstrating the college values."

8H- Prabhnoor Singh

"Prabhnoor applies himself deeply to his study and considers complex questions in depth. Prabhnoor is a focused and dedicated student. He is respectful at all times and makes sure to complete all his work to the highest standard."

8I- Harsheen Punn

"Harsheen (Hazel) is trying really hard this month with all school values demonstrated consistently.

 

Hazel works hard in her classes and is a positive role model."
