This term we have a few celebrations to recognise.

Ramadan  (March 1 – 30)

Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar, observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection and community.

International Womens Day (March 8)

A Global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

Cultural Diversity Week/Harmony Day (March 17 – 21)

The theme for this year is ‘Embrace the Journey, Shape our Future’. This is a time to celebrate our schools rich culture. This week also highlights the unique and shared cultural journeys that define our diverse communities, encouraging us to honour our own cultural stories and those of others, fostering understanding, belonging and connection.
