Year 7 Camp

We had an amazing time at the Year 7 camp in Week  four at PGL Campaspe Downs Camp in Kyneton. Being so early in the term it was an great opportunity for teachers and students to get to know each other and build strong relationships and connections. 

We arrived on Monday at lunchtime and after a quick tour of the camp and settling into cabins we broke off into groups and started into the afternoon activities. 

There were lots of great activities on offer for students including canoeing, the leap of faith, laser tag and flying fox to name a few. This gave all students the opportunity to push themselves and also for all students to support each other particularly with some of the high climbing activities. 

The food was amazing, and it was great to see the change in students over the three days and the relationships that they had started to form with each other. 

We all headed home all looking forward to catching up on some much needed sleep and looking forward to seeing family again.
