This term our expectation focus has been resilience. 

At a recent morning gathering the following prayer, based on our behaviour expectations, was used to help us reflect on the parable of the Sower and the soils.

Lord,

May all at Borinya continue to be blessed with the spirit and power of Resilience.

We give thanks for the gift that is Borinya.

Help us to embrace the challenges, and the joys, of the opportunities we are given here-

when we try again,

when we bounce back,

when we are patient,

when we are prepared to fail,

when we choose to try again,

when we learn from our mistakes,

when we think through the problems we have,

and when we have a go at challenges. 

We pray this as a community inspired by the Catholic Story.
