Principal's Report

A Term of Growth and Gratitude

As we reach the end of Term 1, it is a good time to pause and recognise the many ways our school community has grown together. Over these past weeks, classrooms have been filled with curiosity, courage, and a genuine commitment to learning. Students have embraced new challenges, teachers have guided with dedication, and families have supported with generosity of spirit.

There have been many highlights for the term including our Opening Mass, the House Swimming Carnival, the Year 7 and Year 9 camps, and the Shibuya High School visit.

What makes our community strong is not only what we achieve, but how we walk alongside one another. This term has shown, once again, the power of gratitude, collaboration, and faith in shaping a place where every young person can flourish.

We would like to thank all members of the community for the support we have received while being Acting Co-Principals. We are excited to report that we will be welcoming Sam Cosentino back to Nazareth College in Term 2.

As we enter the Easter season, we are reminded of the profound hope at the heart of our Catholic story. Easter invites us to look forward with renewed trust, to recognise light even in moments of uncertainty, and to celebrate the promise of new beginnings. May this break be a time of rest, reflection, and connection for all families.

Thank you for the energy, enthusiasm, and goodwill that have made this term such a positive one. We wish every member of our community a safe, joyful, and hope‑filled Easter.
