P&C President's Report

Hello Boambee Community,

What a fabulous start to the term it’s been! Our Year 6 Cake Stall on Election Day was a huge success—raising over $1700 for their upcoming Canberra trip! Who knew cupcakes could be such amazing fundraisers? The Year 6 students were full of energy and enthusiasm, impressing everyone with their maths skills, friendly conversations with adults, and their ability to set up, run and manage a stall like pro's. We’re so proud of their effort - well done, Year 6!

Our Mother’s Day Stall was a big hit and we hope all the special mums and carers enjoyed their gifts on Sunday. Hoping you all had a beautiful day filled with love and appreciation - you deserve it!

And don’t forget - Trivia Night is just around the corner! Be sure to grab your table and join us for what promises to be a fun-filled evening with plenty of laughs, community spirit, and some friendly competition between Boambee staff and families. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our next P&C meeting will be held on Monday May 26 (Week 5) at 6pm in the school Staffroom. We’d love to see new faces and hear fresh ideas so please feel free to come along and join us.
