Stage 1 and 2 Art

Stage 1 and Stage 2 have been exploring the vibrant artworks of Iris Scott, a contemporary American artist renowned for her unique technique of finger painting, rather than using traditional brushes. Recognised as the world's first professional finger painter, Iris creates striking and colourful pieces that often depict animals, nature, and enchanting landscapes, all crafted solely with her fingertips. Notably, she has a special focus on capturing the dynamic movement of dogs shaking themselves. Inspired by her techniques, we experimented with our own artworks to convey a sense of movement.
