This term our students have been investigating all about life 'Under the Sea'. We first came together as a cohort to ask questions about what we want to find out about sea lif. These questions guided our inquiry investication moving forward.

As a cohort, we also participated in a sensory exploration, touch and feel activity to learn about the key features of vertebrates and invertebrates, what type of animals are in each category and different examples of animals. 

A big highlight of our topic were the songs we used to learn about vertebrates and invertebrates. These have became class favourites!

Our inquiry investigation will conclude with an excursion to the Melbourne Sea Life Aquarium on Friday 19 June.
