This term we have worked on our permanant Art work which is our school values of respect, responsibility and resilience using mosaics. We also worked in the vegie garden, made fruit cordial, freshly squeezed orange juice,orange and poppy seed cakes and ANZAC biscuits. Over the past two weeks we pulled out the weeds and planted some summer salad seedlings, including lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, basil and cucumbers. We have potato plants which are growing very well. Hopefully in Term 4 we will be able to make healthy, nutritious salads and maybe a potato salad with the potatoes from our garden.
