Parent and Friends Assocation (PFA)
COMMUNITY CONNECTION
It’s hard to believe we’re already in the last week of Term 3! What a busy term it has been, and we’re sure everyone is looking forward to a well-earned break. With the school holidays just around the corner, we hope our Wollert PS families have a chance to relax, recharge and enjoy some quality time together.
A big thank you to everyone who has supported the PFA throughout the term. Your involvement, whether it’s volunteering your time, joining an event, making a purchase or simply cheering us on, makes such a difference to our school community.

Thank You to Our Wonderful Local Businesses
Wollert Primary School and our Parents & Friends Committee would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful local businesses who generously supported our recent Father’s Day Raffle.
We are incredibly grateful for the generosity shown by our local community. The donations we received helped make our raffle a fantastic success, and the continued support of local businesses means so much to our school, our students and our families.
We would like to recognise and thank the following businesses for their generous contributions:
Oregano's Bakehouse - @oreganosbakehouse
ProGlo Wash & Detail - @proglodetail
Chocolate Smash Co - @chocolatesmashco_
Chachaa Bhatija Indian Restaurant - Rosanna - @chachaabhatijamelbourne
VR Barbershop - Wollert - @vr_barbershop_wollert
A&J SIGNATURE SHINE - @ajsignatureshineau
We are very fortunate to have such a supportive community around Wollert Primary School. We encourage our families to support these wonderful local businesses whenever they can, just as they have so generously supported us.
From our Parents & Friends Committee and the entire Wollert Primary School community – thank you for your generosity and support!
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Father’s Day Stall such a success! From our wonderful volunteers and staff to everyone who helped organise and support the stall, we really appreciate all of your time and effort.
We hope all the dads, grandads and special father figures had a wonderful Father’s Day and enjoyed the thoughtful gifts chosen by our students.

New Members
Thinking about getting more involved with the PFA next year? Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is coming up on Tuesday 27 October, and we’d love to see anyone who is interested in joining us for 2027.
All committee roles will be available for nomination, so if you’ve ever thought about getting involved, this is a great opportunity to find out more and see how you can help.
More information about the AGM, available roles and how to nominate will be shared next term. There’s no pressure — just come along, have a chat and see what the PFA is all about!
We hope you all enjoy your holidays and we will see you back in Term 4.
Warm wishes,
Parents and Friends Association
