Kinder Prep Transition Sessions!

Our Kinder Prep transition sessions have officially begun, and it has been wonderful to see how confidently and happily the children are settling into their new school environment!
Our first two sessions were held on Friday 4th September and Friday 11th of September, and both were filled with fun, stories, creativity and lots of exciting opportunities to get to know our new school community.
For our first session, we shared the story Elmer the Elephant and then worked alongside our families to create our very own cut-and-paste patchwork elephants, inspired by Elmer!
It was so lovely to see new friendships already beginning to form and to see how happy, confident and comfortable the children were as they explored their new school surroundings.
During our second session, we enjoyed another wonderful story, The Magic Hat. After reading the story together, the children created their very own paddle pop stick puppets and used them to re-enact the magic hat story. There were lots of creative ideas, imaginative play and plenty of fun and laughter!
We are so excited to continue our Kinder Prep journey and look forward to welcoming everyone back for our upcoming transition sessions on:
- Friday 9th of October
- Friday 16th of October
- Friday 23rd of October
- Friday 30th of October
