Design, Bake and Decorate 

During the last week of the school year the our then Year 9 Design, Bake and Decorate classes competed in a bake off. The brief was to make the most beautiful plate of pancakes possible. 

A big congratulations to Caitlin Henry (Year 10, Skipper House) for her exceptional design and plating of her dish which included a perfectly sculpted strawberry swan.

Our Year 9s did a fantastic job creating their imagined meals.
