Smacktalk Presentations: Real Talk, Real Impact 

The Year 9 and Year 10 students were lucky enough to listen to the Smacktalk presentation by Wayne Holdsworth. Wayne’s presentations are high-energy and thought-provoking, designed to educate students on the potential dangers of social media and promote suicide prevention. Wayne shared his story of losing his son to suicide in 2023 and how his online activity and social media use impacted his son’s actions. The students were engaged and respectful and have started many discussions already about how to ask for help and support those struggling around us.
