Year 10 Food Technology

Our Year 10 Food Technology students put their culinary skills to the test in their latest CAT, where they were challenged to create a nutritious and delicious breakfast under test conditions. The only set requirement? Their final dish had to include an egg!
With creative freedom to design their own meals, students showcased impressive time management, presentation skills, and nutritional knowledge. From gourmet omelets to inventive egg-based dishes, their creations were both visually stunning and packed with flavour. This hands-on assessment highlighted their ability to work efficiently under pressure while demonstrating their growing confidence in the kitchen. Well done to all students for their fantastic efforts!
