WEEK 10 | TERM 2

STUDENTS OF THE WEEK

As we end the second term of the school year, we would like to celebrate the fantastic growth, achievements, and effort shown by all students.

Students have thoroughly enjoyed writing and delivering their transactional pieces to school leadership. In Numeracy, students have continued to develop their measurement skills, applying their understanding to real-life scenarios and problem-solving tasks. To conclude our Inquiry unit, students worked collaboratively in groups to present a change they believe should be made, using credible research and evidence to strengthen their arguments and support their viewpoints.

To finish such a busy and successful term, students took part in the 100m races, demonstrating great sportsmanship and encouragement towards their peers. It was wonderful to see everyone giving their best effort and cheering one another on throughout the event. We also welcomed families into our classroom for our Open Literacy Morning. Students were proud to share their learning and showcase the progress they have made throughout the term.

Congratulations on another successful term. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved break and has the opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends.
