Principal's Message
Mr Daniel O'Malley | Interim Principal
Dear King's College Community,
As we reach the end of Term 4, I've been reflecting on what a joyful and meaningful finish to the year we've shared. Our value of Honour has been evident across the College as students, staff and families have learned, served and celebrated together.
These final weeks have been full of wonderful moments. Both our Presentation Events were real highlights. The Primary Presentation Evening, with its picnic setting and carols, created a beautiful sense of community and celebration. Likewise, the Secondary Years 9–11 Presentation Evening was a fitting tribute to the hard work, growth and resilience shown by our students as they prepare for the next phase of their schooling. I'm grateful to all staff involved in bringing these special occasions to life.
Across Primary and Secondary, students have enjoyed Kindy and Pre-Primary celebrations, Fun Days, Move-Up programs, the Year 7 and 8 Presentation Morning and our "Last Day Blast." These activities helped end the year with joy, connection and a strong sense of belonging. Camps, swimming lessons, drama incursions, leadership opportunities and classroom programs have also added rich learning experiences throughout the term.
I want to sincerely thank our staff for serving with generosity, courage and integrity during this busy season. Their dedication and care continue to reflect the heart of Christian education at King's.
As we step into the Christmas season, may the message of Jesus' birth fill your homes with peace and hope. Thank you to all our families for your partnership and encouragement throughout the year. It has been a privilege to lead the College through Term 4.
I look forward to all that God has in store for us in 2026 with our new Principal, Mrs Laurelle Coto.
Blessings,
Daniel O'Malley
Interim Principal

Mr Daniel O'Malley and our 2026 Principal, Mrs Laurelle Coto, are thrilled to announce some wonderful upgrades to our college facilities. View their video link below.
These include two new undercover basketball courts at our Primary Campus, which will serve our Primary students for their sports lessons, a play area for recess and lunch, as well as Physical Education lessons for our Secondary students.
A new borehole will support reticulation and surface improvements for the Secondary oval, and the turf is also being laid on the mini oval next to our Primary Campus, creating a welcome additional play area for students.
We look forward to keeping you updated as these improvements progress.
