School Reminders

No School - Monday 10th March

Just a reminder that next Monday, March 10th, is a public holiday.

The school will be closed for the day.

Harmony Day - Friday 21st March

What is Harmony Day?

Harmony Day is a time to celebrate Australia's success as a multicultural society. It is about inclusiveness, respect, and belonging for all Australians, regardless of cultural or linguistic background, united by a set of core Australian values. To celebrate Harmony Day this year, we are encouraging students (and staff) to come to school dressed in costumes representing their cultural heritage or wearing orange.

Why Orange?

Orange is the colour chosen to represent Harmony Week. Traditionally, orange signifies social communication and meaningful conversations. It also relates to the freedom of ideas and the encouragement of mutual respect. Australians can choose to wear something orange during Harmony Week to show their support for cultural diversity and an inclusive Australia.
