As we reach the middle of Term 1, many of our Foundation students (and older students, too) are experiencing tiredness as they adjust to the busy and exciting world of school life. It’s completely normal! However, a tired child can struggle with learning, focus, and emotions at school and at home. To support your little learners, here are some helpful strategies to keep their energy levels up and their school days enjoyable.
