Congratulations to our September Aussie of the Month award recipients and our Readers of the Month!
We are incredibly proud of these students for their commitment, effort and positive behaviours, and for consistently demonstrating our LNPS school values. A special congratulations also to our Readers of the Month for their enthusiasm, persistence and commitment to reading.
Congratulations to Aya, Hayley and Lily on being recognised and awarded as our September ATOM. Well done to these girls on demonstrating positive behaviours through our school values and our learner qualities. All three of you are very deserving of this award, continue to be role models for other students and AIM HIGH!

Term 4 Update
This term we have our Year 6 Captains stepping up and running and organising Active Lunch Sessions. They are on a rotational system and have to think of games, activities ands sports that they will use to engage the different age groups of children.

Active Lunch runs from 1:00–1:25 pm in the gym, with a range of games, activities and challenges for students to enjoy
A big thank you to our Student Ambassadors who continue to help organise equipment and support these lunchtime opportunities. We love seeing our students making the most of the different ways to connect, play and enjoy their lunch breaks at LNPS!

Parachute Club will be starting up again in T4. Our Ambassadors and Student Leaders will be running this again at recess time for our Rowell and Mellor students to engage with.
We are usually set up on the grass, just outside of R7. The students have loved engaging with it so far this year!
Soccer continues to be an extremely popular lunchtime activity at LNPS, and we’re fortunate to have two sets of goals available for students to enjoy.
Our rotation between Torrens and Fisher classes across the eastern and western goals, along with Mellor students accessing both sets on Fridays, has worked really well this term. The schedule is becoming part of our regular lunchtime routine, with fewer issues and students developing a good understanding of when and where they can play.
Looking ahead to Term 4, our footy goals will also be back up – with brand-new goals ready to go!

Our LNPS Student Ambassadors and Student Leaders have been busy putting their creativity and imagination to work as they begin designing what the front of our school could look like as part of our exciting redevelopment!
Students headed outside to explore the space, brainstormed ideas about what they would love to see, and then got straight into creating their very own designs!
What an incredible opportunity for our students to have their voices heard and potentially see elements of their own designs incorporated into our school’s redevelopment!
We can’t wait to see their ideas come to life!

Our LNPS Student Ambassadors have been invited to take on an exciting leadership opportunity at the Term 4, Week 5 CE Student Forum!
Throughout the year, our Ambassadors have been actively involved in the CE Student Network, working alongside students from other schools to explore student voice, agency and action research.
Their thoughtful contributions, curiosity and reflections have been recognised, resulting in an invitation to lead a 10-minute breakout session at the upcoming forum.
During this session, our students will share their action research journey, including what they explored, what they discovered, what they learned and their next steps.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our Ambassadors to showcase their learning, build confidence in public speaking and inspire student leaders from other schools.
We are incredibly proud of our students for embracing these opportunities and continuing to demonstrate what it means to be active, reflective and empowered learners.
Thank you!
