Try a Trade

On Tuesday 4th June, a group of Year 10 students attended a Try a Trade day excursion held at Moonee Valley Racecourse. This was a unique hands-on trade expo that allowed the students to discover the world of trades and vocations in a fun and interactive way. 

All students enjoyed the experience and came away with a couple of ideas for their future pathways. One of the most popular sessions was a session run by Moonee Valley Racing Club which highlighted the range of careers available in hospitality, where students were given the opportunity to decorate a cupcake.
