Governing Council

Hello Para Vista School Community

I trust that 2024 has started off well for you all and that things are on track for a fantastic 2024.

In week 4 of this term (20th Feb) the school will hold it's annual general meeting (AGM) which is open to all parents, carers and family members to come along and hear about what the school has achieved during the past 12 months. I highly encourage you to attend as it is always amazing to look back and see what has happened and how far the school has progressed.

Also occurring during the AGM will be the nominations for the Governing Council. Being on the Council gives you a great opportunity to help shape and support the school, gain a better understanding of how the school system functions and can be so rewarding personally. Please make contact with the front office if you would like information regarding nominating.

Lastly and on a personal note, I wanted to say thank you to everyone at Para Vista Primary School that I have either had the pleasure to get to know or work with. I want to specifically thank all the staff who have helped to support and teach my children (& all the other students) over the years. Your efforts in guiding and teaching each student in what they need to know is invaluable and from my perspective, very much appreciated. Thank you so very much!
