Music Lessons and Rehearsals

Music lessons and rehearsals have now commenced. Year 7 students will start on Monday 4 March, 2024.

Friends of Music 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Friends of Music Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 26 February, 7:00pm - 8:00pm, in the school staff room.

New members are most welcome.

Friends of Music is a group of parents with children in the instrumental and choral programs at Eltham High School. FOM assists with organisation of music related events, coordinating volunteers for stage management, ticketing, ushers and other activities. Concert tickets and raffles, and other events organised by FOM through the year are used to fund the purchase of instruments, music, equipment, and guest artists.

The Friends of Music committee meets on Monday nights, at the school or via Zoom, about once a month through the year. We organise two mid-year concerts in May, two Celebration concerts in September and a Waratah flower fundraiser in October. We also plan to organise a social activity or two during the year.
