NT HEALTH - 2026 SCHOOL BASED IMMUNISATION PROGRAM

Catch-up Immunisations Year 7 & Year 9 + 2nd Men B - Year 9, Year 11 & Year 12 

Week 7 – Thursday 3rd September

Year 7 students who missed their Boostrix (diphtheria) and HPV vaccines and Year 9 students who missed their Meningococcal ACWY, Men B and Flu vaccines earlier in the year, we are holding a catch-up day on Thursday 3rd September at the College Medical Centre. 

Students with signed consent forms for these vaccinations have automatically been held over from Terms 1 & 2, however if for some reason your child has not received a vaccination consent form, or missed their immunisation, please contact the Medical Centre on 8950 4567.

Some students in Year 9, Year 11 and Year 12 will also be receiving their 2nd Men B on this day at the Medical Centre.  

No Vaccines will be given without parental consent.
