MY AWESOME AUSTRALIAN

The Australian honours system has been recognising outstanding Australians for 50 years. To celebrate the anniversary, school students from across the country are invited to create a portrait of someone in their community who they think deserves to be recognised.

Create a portrait to share the faces and stories of people from your community. Portraits can be created in any of the following mediums: painting, drawing, sculpture, or textile.

This online exhibition is open to Australian school students aged from 4–18 years.
