Join the PMPS Parents and Friends Association

The PMPS Parents and Friends Association is a group of parents and carers who help strengthen and support the broader PMPS school community.

As President for the past two years, it has been incredibly rewarding to help build connection across the school. Heading into my last years at PMPS it is time for me to share with a new group of parents and carers on leading the PFA.

Throughout each year the PFA organises events such as:

• Welcome events for new families
• Community and fundraising events, such as the Mother's Day Lunch, the Winter Solstice, Trivia and the School Fete
• Support for special activities – anything that helps promote community and connection.

We’re looking for new:

• Members for the PFA from each year level
• Leaders to take the PFA onto the next chapter.

Useful skills include good communication, fundraising skills and community spirit. Most importantly, however, is an enthusiasm for helping make PMPS an even better place for our children.

Being a part of the PFA is a rewarding and well-supported role, working alongside fellow members and the fantastic staff at PMPS. This year the PFA has raised an incredible $170K for our school. This is an amazing achievement and one that I am very proud of but we really need more members to share the load in 2026.
