Student Designed Practical Investigations

Our Year 12 Physics students have been putting theory into practice through their Student-Designed Practical Investigations.

Working independently, students designed, conducted and evaluated their own experiments, investigating a range of physics concepts using scientific equipment, data collection and analysis. From testing electrical circuits and electromagnetism to exploring motion, forces and projectile motion, students applied the scientific method to answer their own research questions.

These investigations provide students with valuable experience in experimental design, critical thinking and problem-solving, while developing the practical skills required for VCE Physics and beyond.
