Staff Shout Outs 

The Parent Partnership Panel is eager to acknowledge the remarkable contributions of Mt A staff who positively impact our children's lives every day.

As the voice of parents, we encourage parents/carers to share a shout-out for a Mt A staff member who has demonstrated an exceptional impact or exemplified our Franciscan values. This initiative was created in Term 4 of 2023 and is set to expand throughout 2024.

After receiving shout-outs, the Parent Partnership Panel, in collaboration with the College Leadership Team, will identify and reward the most outstanding submissions. While it may not be possible to reward everyone, we aim to highlight key shout-out themes, ensuring Mt A staff understand the significant value they bring and how much their dedication to the College is appreciated. It's important to note that these acts of recognition are separate from other performance and recognition processes within the College.
