Year 6 Well-Being Day

Our Year 6 teachers are looking forward to hosting a Wellbeing Day for our Year 6 students. This promises to be a fantastic opportunity for students to strengthen their social and emotional wellbeing while having fun with their peers.

Throughout the day, students will participate in a rotation of engaging activities focused on teamwork, self-regulation, and understanding Above and Below the Line behaviours. These sessions are designed to build resilience, encourage positive choices, develop effective communication and problem-solving skills, and strengthen relationships as students prepare for the transition to secondary school.

We know the skills developed during this day will benefit our students not only in the classroom but also in their everyday lives, helping them to become confident, respectful, and resilient young people.
