Dear Parents/Carers,

Contacting Your Child's Teacher

Mornings are an important time for our teachers to focus fully on preparing engaging learning for the day ahead. The first two hours in particular are our core literacy block, a time we protect carefully to give every child the best possible start to their day.

If you'd like to speak with your child's teacher, morning drop-offs are not an appropriate time (unless pre-arranged). We ask that you contact the office to arrange a time that works well for everyone. This helps us make sure:

  • Your child’s teacher can give you their full time and attention, so you get the best possible conversation
  • Important details are captured and followed up properly, so nothing gets lost
  • All families are treated consistently and fairly

A Friendly Reminder from Our Neighbours

We've had a request from a resident on Petjuli St, asking that families be mindful when parking near their home. With the recent wet weather, cars parked with wheels on the nature strip have been cutting up the grass in front of one of the houses.

We'd really appreciate everyone's cooperation in parking fully on the road where possible, to help keep our neighbours' properties looking their best. Thank you for being considerate members of our school community.

Congratulations on 41 Years of Dedicated Service

A very special congratulations to our wonderful Crossing Supervisor, Lorraine on reaching the incredible milestone of 41 years of service.

For more than four decades, she has been a friendly and reassuring presence in our community, ensuring that generations of children have crossed the road safely each day. Her dedication, commitment, and genuine care for the safety and wellbeing of our students have made a lasting difference to countless families.

We are incredibly grateful for her unwavering service and the kindness she shows our children each morning and afternoon. Thank you, Lorraine, for 41 years of keeping our students safe and being such a valued member of our school community. Congratulations on this remarkable achievement!

Kind regards,
