What a day at our 3rd Bunnings BBQ at Rydalmere!
Heading into Sunday 15 March, we thought we knew what to expect after our previous BBQs, but the day had a few wonderful surprises in store.
It was fantastic to see so many new faces, Roselea kids running around excitedly, and more members of our school community coming along to support us. Seeing our community grow is always so special.
One of the most heart warming moments came when a kind gentleman placed what we thought was a huge order, only to tell us it was actually a donation to the school. Then, incredibly, he went over to the bake sale, paid for all the remaining baked goods, and asked us to give them out for free.
Our jaws dropped. As we handed out the treats, many people could not believe it was real. Moments like this remind us there are truly wonderful people in our community.
To top it all off, we raised approximately $3,000, an amazing result.
A huge thank you to all our bakers, volunteers and supporters. Every gesture, big or small, makes our Roselea community so special.

MOTHER’S DAY
Mother’s Day at RPS – Volunteers Wanted
Mother’s Day will be here before we know it, and planning is already underway for how we will celebrate our wonderful mums and carers at RPS.
Ren and Mila will be coordinating this year’s Mother’s Day event and we’re excited to look at ways to refresh and enhance how we celebrate this special occasion for our school community.
To make it a success, we’re looking for some fresh new faces, perhaps a few dads, along with our amazing seasoned volunteers to come together, share ideas, and help bring the event to life.
If you would like to be involved or help in any way, we would love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out directly or via P&C email roseleapspandc@gmail.com
We look forward to working with our community to make this year’s Mother’s Day celebration a memorable one for our families.
Thank you for your support!
