Moving to High School 2027

To enrol your child in Year 7 for 2027, you will need to complete an Expression of Interest. The Expression of Interest (EOI) lets you indicate which school(s) you would like your child to attend in Year 7.

The EOI process is available online now and is open until Friday 27 March 2026. After you submit an EOI and it has been assessed by your chosen high school(s), your child will be offered a place at a high school. Even if your child will not be attending a NSW Government High School next year, please complete the Placement Not Required section. Please use the following link to complete your EOI: https://year7.enrol.education.nsw.gov.au/?schoolCode=4294

International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination – 21 March

Each year on 21 March, we observe the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This day provides an important opportunity to raise awareness about racism and to reflect on how we can all contribute to creating a more equitable and inclusive society. We encourage families to take this time to have meaningful conversations at home about racism and the importance of respect and understanding for all people.

Message From Environment Leaders

We are your environmental leaders Elaine and Nancy.

As environment leaders of this school it's our job to inform you about the environment and the importance of native plants and animals.

During the time here, students have reported seeing numerous water dragons scurry through our playground. Water dragons are medium-sized lizards native to Australia and they are completely harmless. Although they may be a little scary at times with their sudden movements, they are absolutely not aggressive and very friendly. Some live by the creeks near our school where they are surrounded by vegetation and some may find their way through to visit our school.

Because of this, some students may freak out but please assure them to stay calm. Water dragons are just passing by to say hello. So if you do see one, please do not approach it and alert a teacher if inside the classroom.

Water dragons should be protected, not mistreated with rocks thrown at them. This means you should never disturb them, try to chase them away, or do anything that might frighten them when you see them.

Ways that you can protect a water dragon is to put your own and others rubbish in the bin. By doing this, water dragons will no longer eat plastic scraps that are bad for their digestion system. They are extremely important to the ecosystem balance and are extremely non-aggressive.

Water dragons are a special part of our school environment. By being kind to them, you can help protect Australian nature. Let’s make sure our school is a safe home for everyone - whether they have two legs or four!

Thanks!!!
