Year Two Team News

with Joel, Bianca I, Zoe and Rochelle

Hello Year Two families,

It has been a busy couple of weeks in Year Two. Earlier this term, during our Maths lessons the students had been learning to tell the time on an analogue clock and we have been extremely pleased with the progress that has been made. To ensure that this progress is retained we ask that parents continue to discuss analogue times to help consolidate what has been learnt at school. We have been focusing on reading half past, quarter past and quarter to times.

As we approach the middle of this term, we are now conducting a variety of different assessment tasks in preparation for your child’s mid-year report. We are extremely proud of all the effort our students are putting in to demonstrate their learning and development that has occurred so far this year. We look forward to more of this wonderful application from our students over the coming weeks.

Special Reminder:
