VCE VM Zoo Excursion

VCE Vocational Major (VM) students attended an engaging excursion to Werribee Open Range Zoo on Thursday 30 April. Year 11 and 12 students participated in a range of hands-on learning experiences focused on animal care and conservation.

The day began with an introductory session led by a Zoo educator, exploring animal welfare, habitat improvement, and efforts to fight extinction. Students then took part in an interactive workshop, with activities on animal nutrition, zoo fencing, plants, and the role of animal training.

A highlight of the day was the Safari Bus Tour through the open-range habitats, followed by time to explore the walking trails and enjoy lunch.  The day was a highly positive and engaging learning experience.

VCE Careers Expo

Year 12 students attended the Careers Expo on Friday 1 May, where they had the opportunity to explore a wide range of future pathways and career options. Students spoke with representatives from universities, TAFEs, training organisations, and employers to gather information about courses, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities after school.

The excursion provided valuable insight and encouraged students to begin planning for their future pathways beyond secondary school.

Year 11 Exams

Year 11 Exams will commence on Monday 1 June until Friday 5 June. The exam timetable will be released in the coming weeks. No timetabled classes will run for Year 11s during this period.

Year 12 Formal 

Formal deposit is due by Thursday 14 May. Students who do not pay the deposit by the due date will not be able to attend the Formal. Please see Ms Bertoncini or Ms Megaloudis if you have any questions.

Semester 1 Reports

Year 10 Semester 1 Reports will be published to families on 17 July 2026.

Year 11 and 12 Semester 1 Reports will be published to families on 25 June 2026.
