Active Recreation

A big congratulations to Thomas Javni and Sarah Helm, who recently competed in the Track and Field State Championships, held at Lakeside Stadium in Albert Park. 

Sarah and Thomas both demonstrated a wonderful attitude and gave their best effort in all of their multiclass events. 

Thomas competed well against some very fast and athletic students from around the state. 

Sarah won her long jump event, and is the state champion for multiclass long jump for girls aged 15-16. Sarah won a silver medal in 100 metre sprint and won a bronze medal in the 200m sprint. 

Congratulations again to Sarah and Thomas for being great ambassadors for our school community.
