General Request

Could all parents and guardians please check that their personal and contact details are current on PAM, including telephone, residential and email addresses.  We have had several issues recently where phone numbers are no longer in use; or have been entered incorrectly and we have not been able to contact you.  We are legally required to have up to date information for all students on the system.  If your family circumstances have changed could you please let reception@monivae.com.au and cmitchell@monivae.vic.edu.au know so that we are aware that you have made these changes, or alternatively we can make them for you.

Bus Information

• Reminder that STAP term fee payers are to pay for Term 4 in the break, before travel.

• Renewals for STAP 2026 should open at the beginning of Term 4, and renew ASAP.  ACCEPT all offers and then contact Michelle mferey@monivae.vic.edu.au if there are changes to be made.

• Reminder NO bus passes for Dunkeld and Glenthompson (includes Lake Bolac) as buses are at capacity and this will not change in the foreseeable future.

• If you are getting Conveyance allowance and your circumstances change (eg. you move house) you MUST complete a new form, contact Michelle mferey@monivae.vic.edu.au.
