From the Principal

As we settle into Term 3, it has been wonderful to see the energy and enthusiasm that has filled our College community from the very first day.  

This morning, we had the privilege of celebrating our academic calendar, the Semester 1 Academic Awards Ceremony. 

This special occasion provided an opportunity to recognise students from across every year level who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and application throughout the first semester. 

Academic success is measured in many ways, and while high achievement deserves recognition, we also take great pride in celebrating those students whose commitment, perseverance, growth and dedication to learning exemplify the values we seek to nurture at Endeavour College. 

It was inspiring to witness so many students acknowledged for their hard work, with family members of awardees joining us to celebrate.  

As we look ahead, our attention now turns to one of the most anticipated events on our sporting calendar, the Annual Intercollegiate Competition against Cornerstone College, which will be hosted here at Endeavour College next Tuesday afternoon. 

This tradition is now in its second year, and is a fantastic celebration of school spirit, sportsmanship and friendly competition. The afternoon will commence at 2.00pm with the Girls' Netball fixtures, followed by Basketball, AFL and Soccer matches across the College grounds. The event will conclude with a BBQ and presentations at approximately 4.15pm, providing an opportunity for both schools to come together and acknowledge the efforts of all participants. 

Intercollegiate events are about far more than the final score. They provide students with valuable opportunities to demonstrate teamwork, resilience, leadership and respect while representing their College with pride. These experiences build lasting memories and strengthen the connections within our school community. 

Thank you for your continued partnership as we work together to provide exceptional opportunities for every student. I look forward to sharing many more achievements and celebrations with you throughout what promises to be another exciting and rewarding term at Endeavour College.
