VINNIES WINTER APPEAL

The St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal has commenced and we are seeking donations of items by House. This year's drive is being led by our very active Mercy Action Group. Donations can be brought to the College and left at the Library (Enright Campus) or Reception (Mercy Campus) until Thursday 28 May.

While all donations are welcome, the Mercy Action Group has suggested donation categories by House:

Chisholm House – shampoo, conditioner, bars of soap and bottles of liquid soap

MacKillop House – toothpaste, tooth brushes, dental floss and deodorant

McAuley House – towels and face washers

Padua House – toiletry bags, tissues, sunscreen and toilet paper

Xavier House – donations of sleeping bags (these can be purchased as a small group or individually, or you may have some in your cupboards that you no longer use or need.)

Year 8 sMercy Campus - blankets

Your generosity is appreciated for this very worthy cause.

PROJECT COMPASSION

Thanks to everyone who donated funds during Lent for Caritas Australia's Project Compassion. Thanks to your generosity, St Joseph's College raised an amazing $1475 this year.

Our Easter Raffle forms an important part of our fundraising every year. Congratulations to all raffle winners and many thanks to everyone who donated yummy treats of all kinds.
