PARENT/STUDENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent/Student/Teacher conferences took place at the Enright Campus on Tuesday 5 May. These conferences were a great opportunity for students to meet with their teachers and discuss what has already happened this year and the goals that they have for the remainder of the school year. The feeling around the Enright Campus reflected the appreciation parents and students had in being provided the opportunity to meet with their teachers and set goals for the rest of the year.

These interviews were well attended with 1146 individual bookings made during the seven hours allocated. Year 7 students booked the most interviews, with 294 individual bookings made. 966 interviews were marked as attended following the day, indicating almost 85% of bookings made were kept. Teachers have commented on the positive vibe of the day and how much they appreciated the opportunity to work with students and their parents in establishing goals for the rest of the semester and the rest of the year.

If you have any feedback about the day, the booking process, use of virtual meeting rooms or anything else that came up from a parental perspective in the interviews, please contact me.
