Year 8s Take On The 1000 Steps!

Yesterday, 8E students were led by the amazing Ms Farley to explore the 1000 steps in the Dandenong Ranges.

Students explored the area, taking fieldwork notes on erosion and weathering, and noting the different uses of the space as well as completing an environmental impact matrix. 

Students completed a transect, sketching and annotated photos of four different spaces in and around the area.

We then got to enjoy the recreation space, and three of our inteprid students even ran it again!
