Push Up Challenge
In conjunction with Men’s Health Week, some staff and students, including the Duke of Ed class, are joining the Push Up Challenge from June 3-26.
The Push Up Challenge aims to educate people about mental health and the broader mental health issues faced by everyday people, as well as foster mental well-being and fitness. This is the 10th Year of the Challenge.
The aim is to complete 3,307 push-ups, or an alternate activity in 24 days. This number represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.
We would love to have members of the whole DSC Community involved, so keep an eye on Compass and Teams for upcoming info on how to join the DSC Team.
