Myuna Farm Excursion

Prep students are looking forward to an excursion to Myuna Farm in Doveton on Thursday 13 November (week 6). This excursion supports our Term 4 Integrated Unit 'Life on the Farm'. We have been learning about the different jobs and routines that farmers have, and the many resources that farm animals give us.

We will be travelling by bus, and will leave school at 9am sharp from Essex Road at the front of the school. We expect to return by 2.30pm. 

Parent volunteers are required for this excursion. Parents who have completed the Child Safety requirements (hold WWCC that has been presented to the School Office, signed the Child Safety Code of Conduct and completed the OH&S induction), are asked to let their child’s teacher know they’re interested and available to attend. 

All excursion details (what to wear, what to bring, etc.) are included in the published Compass event notice. Consent and payment are due now and not later than Monday 10 November. CSEF and SSB apply for this excursion; if these apply for your child your excursion cost has been amended accordingly.
