Last Wednesday our Preps had their very first local excursion - to one of our favourite places, Halliday Park!

 We have been exploring the Mitcham Area as part of our Inquiry (Geography) unit this term, discussing important landmarks within local areas. The focus of our visit was to differentiate between manmade and natural features in this landscape. While we were here though, we of course had to have a picnic lunch together and play on the playground!

It was a sensational day and we were so proud of our Preps for following instructions and showing our MPS values while we were out of school grounds.
