Communications Update

nForma Parent Portal Update

We are very excited to announce that as a school we are moving towards expanding our use of the nForma platform to enhance and streamline our communication and information collection processes.

This means that in the coming weeks and months the nForma Parent Portal will be utilised in a growing number of ways.

Currently, this portal is the way in which you can access and retrieve your child/ren's school reports.

The next modules that we wish to start utilising are the First Aid and Medical Information systems.

First Aid

We have now started recording serious first aid incidents using nForma. This will replace the carbon copy paper records that have been previously sent home.

Records will now be recorded by staff directly into the portal and parents will receive an electronic copy of the incident record.

We will continue to make phone contact for any incident that involves a knock to the head or in any case where the student may need to be picked up from school.

Medical Information - ACTION REQUIRED

Between now and the end of term, we request that all families go into the nForma Parent Portal and update their child/ren's medical profile. Please see the pdf below for step by step instructions on how to do so.

By having all families complete this information in this centralised location, it will ensure we have all vital details we need to help ensure student safety, and it will reduce duplication of information for future excursions and special events.

Stay tuned for further updates in the near future about more new nForma Parent Portal features.

For details on how to setup and access the nForma Parent Portal, see the information below.

The nForma Parent Portal can now be accessed in two ways:

  1. Via the new Nforma App (see linked Portal Guide For Reports Via the App)
  2. Via the web using the new portal URL:  https://portal.nforma.com.au/login (see linked nPortal Parent Guide using URL)

New CDF Pay App (Powered by Flexischools)

Towards the end of last year we moved our online payment system to a new CDF Pay App, powered by flexischools.

Instructions on how to download the app, setup your account and link your child/ren to their classes is attached below.

You will need to have this setup to pay for upcoming events including the disco and, for senior students, The Australian Mathematics Competitions.

PLEASE NOTE - It is not the Flexischools app, this is a different app and St Cecilia's is not listed or availble on it.

The correct app is 'CDF Pay App powered by flexischools.'
