PE & Sports Update
MW Division Cross Country
Last Tuesday 2 June, 22 students from Level 4, 5 & 6 competed in the Monash-Waverley Division Cross Country event at Lewis Park Reserve in Wantirna.
All students gave it their best efforts against some very good competition to complete their designated distances. Congratulations to Andre S (2nd) and Jess T (6th) who finished in the top 10 of their event and raced yesterday at the Regional event on Thursday 11 June at Yarra Race Course
.
Both Andre and Jess pushed hard through the difficult track against some very strong competition.
Andre completed his 3kms with a time of 11:21 which he finished in 16th place.
Jess persisted throughout her whole run alongside some very strong competitors. She finished in place 62nd place.
Fantastic achievement by both students at this high level of competition, and you both represented the school brilliantly.

Kings Birthday Basketball Tournament
Over the King’s birthday long weekend, we had a large number of Level 3-6 students competing in 2 basketball competitions for their respective Rep teams.
All the students enjoyed the competitions and played hard against strong teams from Victoria and Interstate.
