"Year 10 Food Tech: Exploring Food and Culture Around the World

Our Year 10 Food Technology students have been doing an amazing job this term, learning about different countries, their cuisines, and the ingredients that make them unique. They kicked things off by diving into the world of Australian food, exploring local dishes, the influence of other countries, and how the geography and culture of Australia shape its culinary identity.

A big highlight has been the hands-on experience in the kitchen. The students had a blast making their own pies, working together as a team, and truly enjoying the process. There was plenty of creativity and great teamwork, with everyone supporting each other to create some delicious results.
