ANZAC Ceremony

On Monday 28th April, a group of students attended the ANZAC Commemoration Ceremony for students at the Shrine of Remembrance. Honorary guests and dignitaries included the Governor of Victoria and the President of Legacy. The ceremony also included Defence Force Cadets, a school band & choir and a RAAF fly-over.

This important event helps keep the importance of remembering and paying respect to those men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country and John Fawkner students were grateful to be able to represent the school at this occasion.
